To Whom it May Concern
I appreciate the fact that your staff suspected something suspicious about an order placed around 10:15 PM EST and called me to verify it. The man gave me all the correct info that had been stolen, yet the e-mail address appeared to be bogus was what tipped him off. Unfortunately, he never gave me his name but I would like to thank him personally and let his supervisor know that he/she has a very good and conscientious employee ! !
I immediately called my card company (VISA) and reported the unauthorized use of my card. Your gentleman said that he would void the transaction from you, but wanted to give me a heads up to check for more purchases. I checked and found approx another $ 400 of unauthorized charges at other hosting companies that never bothered to call.
