| Domain Name Renewals – Be Aware! |
|
You may have received an official looking renewal notice from Domain Registration of Canada or Domain Registration of America. These notices are an attempt to try and take your business away from your current provider. The notice looks official but is nothing more than a solicitation of your business at a much higher price than 101sitehosting.com would charge for exactly the same service. You do not need to do anything with the notice other then discard it. Do not pay it. They are not your domain name registrar. If you have any questions regarding your renewal, e-mail 101sitehosting.com or call us. We can very quickly give you your current status and the cost to renew. We appreciate your business at 101sitehosting.com and would not like to see you pay a lot more money for the same service. Remember that we include web site hosting for less than they charge for a domain name only. We don't charge big fees and we also don't raise our fees or send invoices in the mail. We only send invoices by email. If you would like to renew before our automatically generated renewal service would normally renew then login to our billing system and place an order to renew for the extra time you would like. Our billing system will show you the exact expiry date of each of your domain names. We send invoices out 30 days before they expire to give you ample time to update your credit card information before it automatically renews it.
