I'm certainly no expert website builder, but I had no trouble at all getting started here and using the free software. I was all set, too, with all these big programs I thought I'd need, but didn't. My first web site experience with a different web hosting company wasn't very good, because of the non caring attitude of that other hosting company. 101sitehosting.com is so much better than they were and have been very fair and wonderful to work with, They are sincere when they help you. If I could give you more stars, I would!! This was our first website and we made some mistakes starting up, including paying twice. Gerry actually took the time to call us to tell us what happened, refunded the extra payment and offered to help if we needed anything. I'm so impressed with 101sitehosting!! We'll be loyal customers for as long as we have a website!! Thanks for everything - including the newsletter. Top class service and value. I've been with many web hosts over time and none have provided the quick and personal service that 101 have. These support guys are really great. I can't remember how many times others have fobbed me off with automated responses and left it there. Not so with 101

I know it is kind of contradictory, but I love being able to talk to a person at a business. Don't get me wrong, I am an internet first kind of guy, but when I want to talk to some for whatever the reason, I don't want to have to jump through hoops to reach someone. These guys are fantastic. Where else can you get fast, knowledgeable, friendly support for $30/yr?? On top of it they have a phenomenal uptime and if, for some reason, things are down - you'll be the first to know.
