This is a great hosting company. Their servers have great uptime, and I have only experienced very brief (1-2 hours) of outtages, 2-3 times in the 2+ years I have had my site hosted.

Their Admin Page tool makes running my site a snap. The page has a ton of useful features, including the Installatron, making installing various applications just a click

Based in Oxford, Englank, Uk, I started with 101Sitehosting some two years back and this past month have added a new 'starter Package' website to my existing package. I am most impressed with this excellent prouct, cost and easy to use format. I can highly recommend both this starter package and 101 staff who provide a great back up to Customers.

I've been online since 1985, and I've discovered the good, bad, and boring. Only in 101sitehosting.com did I discover truly Great customer service. They work daily to improve and excel in their offerings. I've never been spoken down to, never been made to buy what I didn't need, and I have never had been so impressed by the cusotmer service. These guys work at making sure all my clients are happy. I've referred so many, and I'll do that for as long as they exist. Super service, great prices, uptime like no other. These guys are the best.

Help for the Hopeless -

No matter how simple a hosting site makes it seem, for a beginner creating your own website can be a daunting task. In truth the process was pretty straightforward, but there were a few unplanned twists and turns along the way.

The thing I most appreciate about 101sitehosting is that their tech support people are willing to go the extra mile to help you out of any corners you may paint yourself into. And they don't make you feel like you're hopeless.
You non-techies know what I'm talking about!

Believe me, these guys are great!

Too bad that 5 stars is as high as my vote can go. 101 is superb! Your emails are always prompt, to the point, and in language I can use without a translator. Your site seems to be far more problem-free than most of the sites I hear of ... plus your people are a joy to work with. Bravo on such fine service - and keep up the outstanding work! I sing your praises wherever I go.

I am always stunned by the rapid-fire response given for even the most mundane questions. I'm sure I'm not one of the biggest customers, but 101 sure makes me feel like I am. Highly recommended.

I have sites hosted at 101SiteHosting for over 2 years now. I am just one of many happy and very satisfied customers. Emails were always promptly answered, they take care with any my problems and keep my sites up & running.
This time, Gerry also fixed several site errors for me. (include error in my .httaccess file ; files and folders were stored in the wrong place and he moved them).

Wonderful hosting service with a Personal Touch, truely and Highly recommended
