Remote Assist

In order to help customers better and faster, we are proud to offer our Remote Assist Interactive Support tool:

  • Remote Assist is easy to use - sit back and let us do the work.
  • Remote Assist is secure - all sessions are encrypted and protected from prying eyes.
  • Remote Assist does not install itself - the tool is just temporary, and cannot be activated by anyone but you. When you close the remote session we can't login to your computer again until you invite us back to help you.


Instructions

Remote Assist is very easy to use.

Before starting your session, you should already be on the phone with one of our support agents. Then, follow these steps:
Step Action Result
01 Click Join Session Join Now
02 Click on Save
03 Click on Desktop
Click on Save
04 Security Warning - Click Run

Otherwise Double-click remhost205.exe on your desktop
05 Setup Wizard - Click Next
06 Enter your User Name
and the Help Desk Address provided by live support over the phone.

Then Click "Request Assistance" to get connected for full remote support on yoru computer.
